I received a slightly off white product but not as yellow as some have complained. It's best to order this directly from blumann, you only save shipping costs. Not sure if that makes me less than the best experience as I am a new user of the product. It's a little pricey but I think it's a decent product. I do notice a slight flaking when I rub it in my hands, which I don't like because I like to keep the chemicals I bring in the house under control. I have thick hair, I only use it as a pre-styling product, I apply it to towel-dried hair before blow-drying. This prevents clumping and after blow drying the product tends to dry up thicker which is good as it is quite thin to begin with. It's not a heavy grip or pull. Can't say it's good enough for me as a post styler. Worth a try if it suits you. Has a strong minty odor. Although the smell is not too strong. My eyes are personally sensitive to mint.
