This is the taillight I was looking for. I either use a double flash every second or a constant flash in heavy traffic. There are three levels of brightness with a permanent feature if you need that type of light. Switching is easy. Installation is easy with tape holding it to the seatpost. The 100 lumen version might be brighter, but this model has longer battery life and is highly visible. I usually charge after about 12 hours of use. This is a big upgrade from the small round flashlight I used before.
