I am one of those people who have always carried a lip balm with them since I was a child. I grew up in the Nevada desert and now live in dry California. My lips are always dry without lip balm and can actually get chapped and very painful if I don't take care of them. When I leave the house, I check my keys, phone, wallet, and lip balm (I'm not kidding!). I know it sounds silly but I feel so uncomfortable without lip balm and Burt's Bees Replenishing Pomegranate is my favorite. stickiness. It also doesn't settle on the lips after a while like some lip balms do. I can't say the lip balm has a shade, but I'm fine with that. I used to use the original mint flavor but didn't like how the mint flavor stood out when eating or drinking. This pomegranate has a slight "flavor" but is more subtle and disappears when I eat or drink. I can't remember when the revitalizing pomegranate scent was introduced, but I think I started using it at least 5-6 years ago. And i love it! Sometimes I try other "flavors" or other brands, but I keep coming back to these. I have 4 packs to subscribe and save and keep them everywhere. So if I temporarily lose one, I have a few more nearby. , ha ha. I'm happy and my lips are happy. Excellent price.
