Review on 📺 OREI HD-202 2x2 HDMI 1.4V Matrix Switch/Splitter: Remote Control, PIP, MHL, 3D, 1080p, 4K x 2K by Jesse Jewett

I bought this because I have converted all my classic consoles to HDMI using a Rad2x cable that converts RGB to HDMI. With this matrix I could play my games at the time by sending the video output to the capture card, I thought so anyway. Although this switch is well designed, it has the problem that it accepts a non-HDCP signal and converts it to an HDCP signal. who screwed up with a capture card. I tested this on a Magewell Pro Capture HDMI and an Elgato HD60 S, which had serious issues with this sensor, and changing the resolution (e.g. from 240p to 480i - common in classic games) caused the switch failed and the input was reset. .However, if you're just using it for monitors/TVs it worked fine, but I think it's overkill as I went out after this fiasco and bought a cheap HDMI switcher from a local store and it works fine, so is that really just the thing. Disgusting technology.
