This is a great little printer when it works. After a fairly successful run of about 30 shots, it suddenly became unreliable. It keeps turning off during a print job even though it's connected to the network. It might need a longer charge, but the green light on the charger seems to indicate it should be ready to go. He then asked for a new cartridge even though he still had 5 sheets of photo paper in the current cartridge (I opened the cartridge when it became clear I couldn't convince the printer that there were more sheets). I wonder if this has been done before and I didn't realize it before throwing away the unfinished cartridge. The app isn't great either. When the printer was stable, I could forgive the application for bugs, but now it's practically unusable. If you plan to use it, I suggest making an album of the photos you plan to print and cropping the photos into a square BEFORE applying. It freezes a lot, causing it to take a long time to scroll through photos and try to edit them. I bought this printer to make it easy to print pictures and that's the most frustrating thing right now.
