This message appeared on the printer screen as soon as I installed the replacement drum. Thought it might get better with time. Now, 30 days later, everything is still the same. Today I'm buying from someone else. May 23, 2020 - The drum is completely out of order. It only managed to print about 280 pages before giving up and won't reset even if removed and replaced. Can't even print a test page. Will never do business with this seller again and urge Revain and anyone considering buying from this seller to find another seller.
