Their support team has been top notch as well -- they're very responsive to my questions (even though I'm an "advanced user". ) There aren't many other certificate management vendors out in the market who have such high-quality certificates available at their disposal. We did not like how easy Digicert was to use; however, we also realized that with more experience using this software/website you will realize its benefits much easier than what we initially thought when signing up for initial trial version. If your organization uses digital signatures or if you want security around those signs then DigiCert can manage all of these certs.
