This is a cloth wallet and it arrived compressed which is ok. Unfortunately, when I opened it up and put things inside, the bottom of the stiffener remained twisted, folded almost in half, rather than being flat and forming a bottom as shown in the product photos. So far I haven't managed to fix it. Also, I would expect a wallet of this size and quality to have small metal protrusions (feet) on the bottom to protect it from wear and tear. If I ever manage to straighten it out it would be very helpful, I wish all the outside pockets were securely closed. I don't like fabric that rustles - I have other Baggallini bags that are made from a less smooth, more twill-like fabric and don't make as much noise.
