Pro. I have big hands and it works for me. Woman is happy, I am happy, there is no click to keep her upright. The surface I applied. minuses. I wish it had a battery. Battery life is the same as the batteries you buy. A small plastic part of the battery compartment cover broke when trying to open it. Nothing bad, but all things considered. Overall highly recommended and I would buy again!
