It works - I'm an organic gardener. I use it as directed, also add a little Safer's Soap and it helps with a heavy aphid infestation in my greenhouse. Please spray this later in the day after pollinators have been removed from nearby flowers. This can damage or at least repel beneficial insects on your plants.
