The skin itself is great. It helps a lot with grip and seems to do it.
I bought these CrossFit grips and was dying to use them. The skin itself is great. It helps a lot with grip and seems to be of good quality. However, my wrist is missing. It doesn't fit my wrist well, and the plastic part on the strap tends to damage the bone on the side of my wrist during exercise. There is no wrist support as the strap is too thin. All in all I'll keep using them for a while and try hacking them and see if they get better.
