This is a big glowing picture puzzle that will delight young children. It's about the size of a floor puzzle and the pieces are big and strong. However, I have found that as a learning tool, the jigsaw puzzle works best for counting pictures with your child instead of counting numbers when assembling a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces are cut in such a way that the numbers are often split in two. This is too difficult for a three or four year old child. So I just pointed to one of the parts of the number for the kid I was with, and then the kid put that part together by looking at the elements in the picture.
