This is the best dark blue mascara. Dark blue mascara is very hard to find, and when you do find it, it's usually closer to royal blue. Not this one. It's a beautiful deep navy blue that doesn't irritate my eyes. It can be washed with soap and water and looks very natural. I like that it doesn't weigh or weigh down the lashes. However, if you're looking for mega lashes, you're out of luck. This is for minimal lashes only. You can get some extensions but you will never look like false eyelashes. However, for a soft, natural look, you can't beat it.
