I am writing this review as a new user of GoPro products. I tested Hero Session, Hero+ LCD and Hero 4. Of the four, I only left the Hero 4 session for its form factor. Some key features/advantages of Hero+: - Price. For $200 you get WiFi and Bluetooth. These were the only real features missing from every level of Hero. WiFi and Bluetooth. As a new user, it's important to be able to crop each shoot. And all without having to buy an expensive $400 Hero+ LCD model! Instant sharing with the app. This is the main reason why we record our activities. Now you can share it without connecting it to your computer. - Simplified user interface. Tap and hold Capture for continuous shooting. The GoPro is nothing new, but I still find it very easy to use compared to the Chinese knockoffs. - (edited: no image stabilization) - Automatic video recording in low light (GoPro standard) In short, this is the best entry-level model. GoPro. It's a clear upgrade from the original entry-level Hero for an additional $70 and you get Wi-Fi. And with Wi-Fi, you get it all.
