The Russian whistle set I received was neatly packaged with shiny, perfectly finished stainless steel tips and matching accessories. There is a reference sheet in the box that illustrates each tip with its RFAQK number and is very helpful especially for newbies like me. I also really appreciate a neat plastic storage box for my new toy. I immediately tried the Tulip Rose Lace on my boss' birthday cake. Although I need to work on the technique to get a more perfect result, I believe anyone can make a beautifully designed treat on the first try. This set of Russian language tips is well-made, organic, concise and easy to use. I think even pretty little kids will enjoy baking cupcakes or other treats and it's always fun to share creative projects with friends. There are enough piping bags to get you started and lots of variations of tulips, roses and a few other floral designs. I recommend it!
