I like that we have someone with so much knowledge about this program! It makes working in our organization even better as they are very patient to help us learn what is needed for each of our clients needs which helps make it really easy when trying new things because you know these people will be able to tell if something works or not quickly. We don't always get feedback from other employees but since CSG does weekly meetings everyone gets an update of progress/possible challenges etc. This has helped me understand my coworkers problems quicker than before without having them explain themselves all day long.
