International law firm with challenging cases

I like that it's very international! We have so many opportunities to work internationally (and travel) while still being able to get back home for holidays etc. The pay isn't great - but there are other benefits which help compensate somewhat; also our department has some good people who all seem happy here overall too. It can be tough at times when you're not sure if your opinion or point-of view will be received positively by others within their team as well. Be prepared though because this could take time/effort from getting up to speed once started working. Do lots of research into what type of legal services they offer before deciding whether its right for us. Our main focus was tax structuring & planning advice across multiple jurisdictions, although we've recently shifted towards advising clients about corporate structure issues eg M&A transactions.
