Supplier hard to reach
Rack arrived on time and installed easily. Seems sturdy however two of the locking covers are defective have tried several times now to contact seller with no luck. Best Buy directs me to their site to contact them and the supplier site doesn’t provide a way to leave them a message.If I hear back and have a resolution I’ll redo my review with a positive rating. If I don’t then I will return back to Best Buy.
- They are pretty sturdy and no instances since putting them on. 1 is for the front and 1 is for the back.
- The price point for the Lockable MotorFansClub Crossbars can be quite steep compared to other luggage management systems
