The entrance to the phone is not tight enough. Loose goose
The gauge seems good for a cable, but the phone's input is poor. It is loose and tends to fall out. I also noticed that it doesn't charge as fast as other cables and I've used at least 1/2 dozen on the Revain alone. It might have something to do with free entry. I checked all other inputs to make sure nothing is loose. I just don't have time for nonsense. I am sorry. I have A20 for reference.
