One of the best non-threaded adjustable stems. Most of them have an adjustment offset from the head tube that can keep the handlebars low for comfort, even when fully adjusted. This moves the pivot over the head tube like the threaded version, giving you all the benefits of a pivot. There's also plenty of room above the connecting bolts to allow for a great deal of height adjustment. Just remember to keep the top of the steerer tube flush with the top of the upper link bolt. In the case of the setup in the picture I've included, I did this, which also raised the handlebars. 2 more spacers could be removed, when I wanted the handlebars to fall without moving them forward through the hinge. A top cover is not required and a 6mm wrench is sufficient for adjustment. Simple, light and well thought out.
