Good toothpaste is the best oral care

It may have been a placebo, but the first few times I used it, my teeth felt odd, like they were getting stronger. The promotional material it contains claims (with pictures, I don't read Japanese) that it can cure minor tooth erosion and tooth decay. I will update in a few months as the caries stains improve.
