This is a 'good' chair for the price. The downsides listed below aren't that bad considering the price. Now we have to wait and see how long it really lasts. If it lasts 3 years I'd say it's great for the price. Pros: It was easy to set up. He looks good. I like the pillow. Cons: It's not as comfortable as my old chair and it hurts my butt to stand in it for long periods of time (I work from home 3 days a week and 8 hours is too much). The chair wobbles. a little from side to side, and has been since it was assembled. Casters (wheels) are cheap and make the chair difficult to move when you're sitting in it, and sometimes even naughty when you're standing and trying to move it. My height is 6 feet 2 inches. and I would have preferred the "lowest" seat level to be a bit lower. It took forever to ship even though it says it's from California. I'm guessing they had to wait for delivery from outside the US to get the tilt stopper to put it in the reclined position, not the stopper that stops the tilt in the forward position.
