Very upset with this product at the moment. Just unpacked and it turns out that one of the motors/legs is defective. This means that I cannot raise or lower the table. The motor and electrics look like they come from TIMotion. I had to look it up in a troubleshooting guide which allowed me to interpret the error codes I'm getting - it's E22 which means the hall sensor in one of the motors isn't communicating with the system. the ass.--------Update: After realizing that the machine was not working, I contacted the seller for help troubleshooting it. A complete black hole, they didn't respond to my emails or my return/refund request. I wouldn't trust the "5 year warranty" without being able to contact the seller, I doubt it can be fixed. Also, it's probably a one day company, I doubt it will be in 5 years! All in all a complete crap probably worth paying a little more for customer service and a reputable company.
