Review on Cangshan S Series 1020410 2.75-Inch German Steel Forged Peeling/Tourne Knife: Durable and Precise Cutting Tool by Joe Ashan

I have been buying Kanshan knives for many years and bought this knife to expand my collection of useful things in the kitchen. Out of the box, as expected, it's sharp as hell, but the real value is in the quality of the metal and handle. I see no problem in sharpening this blade in the future and as long as you treat it like any other knife it will retain its sharpness. After a few months of wearing it will become a bit dull and I need to sharpen it, but that's normal with any knife. High quality steel, keeps sharpening and works great when leaving. The handle is comfortable, I do not regret the purchase. I would recommend it to any chef who needs a knife to clean.
