Good Watch Band - Ladies

I am very disappointed with this product my product I was sent an item that someone has already used or opened, this item has been opened, the strap has been adjusted, fee did not come I love this band I promised you I will never buy from this product again. I hate giving them back. It was a waste of time ordering. The band is really good, I wish they hadn't done this to me.
