Scratches slightly but otherwise great
I needed a thermos to keep my midday temp at work and this was one of the cheapest and most stylish thermos I could find. He does a good job, I usually pack my lunch around 8am and eat it at 12pm. It's not hot by any means, but still warm enough to eat straight from without having to reheat it. Haven't tried anything cold. The only downside is that the exterior scratches VERY easily. The outer layer is like a thin matte layer, and scratches were already visible after one use. It's not a big deal, but it's disappointing as one of the main reasons I chose this model was that it looked beautiful.
