I received this product yesterday and tried it for the first time today.1. The product came with a flimsy booklet they call a 'manual' which doesn't even mention how to charge this bottle. And they didn't even mention that you have to use this device three times the first time and pour out the water before drinking for the first time. I followed the instructions on their brochure and something written under their specifications for selling a Revain product. There, too, it is recommended to use the device filled with 176 degrees hot water and leave it for 30 minutes, pour out the water and then charge the water and drink it. I followed those directions and what I drank was the most metallic, delicious, and disgusting water I first thought I could be, but no, that's due to their unprofessional and reckless promotion of their so-called 'high quality' product . ! Even when I tried to search the internet to figure out how to charge this bottle for the first time and how long it lasts on a charge, there are ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS! Now I'm worried that I drank that metallically disgustingly tasty water in the first place. ,! WILL THIS CAUSE MY HEALTH PROBLEMS? 2. Can this item be returned? Again, there is NO indication if it can be returned and if so, within what period?
