We were looking for something better than our current system and this fit perfectly! It's so easy to set up, it was very affordable (compared to other solutions), and they have quick support if needed. I can't think of anything we dislike about WaitWhile! The only thing I would say is that you need to be able to get some sort of analytics going or else you're not really getting any benefit out of having your own software solution. This helped us solve problems like being notified when there are too many people waiting at one time but also helping with communication between staff members.
