OK BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. Obviously you cannot update if you are using Apple products. It seems that this tool needs a lot of updates to work. I've tried contacting support through the many email addresses they provide. And not a single answer. The tool throws an error saying my car is not OBD2 compliant. My car is year 2004. Codes. I can't even find where to return the tool and get my money back. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BUY. LOOK AT OTHER MANUFACTURERS NOT THIS. accuracy for obvious reasons. The only thing it is accurate with is not working.
