This is way better than using stakes!

I'm so glad I finally got it! I originally tried inserts for other portable pumps but they didn't fit and were interfering with suction. You are perfect! And there are fewer parts to wash and assemble for the same price, which is nice. For reference, my nipples are 17mm and I use 17mm silicone flanges with my wall pump and these 17mm protectors fit perfectly. I'm so glad I can now use my portable pump all the time!
