Do not buy from this customer, be careful

This item is scrap. It crashed every time I connected it to my hard drives. I was afraid of ruining the hard drive. I threw it away afterwards. I wouldn't worry about a refund, I bet they won't give you one. I think it's a roll of the dice, buying this product didn't work for me.
