Not worth the price
Although this one is very pretty and initially easy to make, I soon had problems. The cutouts in the walls were too small for the wood to show through. The assembly instructions were unclear and sometimes incorrect. The assembly itself was tricky because the walls wouldn't fit together. It took a lot of elbow grease to fit together. The windows were too big for the walls so I had to glue them on the outside. Also, make sure the wood is thick enough to drive screws in without cracking if you're making an opening wall! In general, although it turned out very nice, there is room to grow.
