Orange is by far the best flavor. I tried the berry for a change and hated it. I mixed it with orange protein powder to get it going. As a female, I only use half a scoop serving mixed with 1/2 scoop of protein powder for more protein. I don't need all the extra creatine and calories of a full serving. I've been using this product for maybe ten years. This is DEFINITELY important in DOMS! If I drink this after a workout I can kill it day after day and not have to worry about sore muscles. If I don't take it, I'll end up moving like I belong in a nursing home. As a woman, I hate the water retention caused by creatine, but I also know that building muscle is what helps me. It doesn't matter if you are male or female, crossfit, weightlifter, weightlifter, dancer, soccer player, military or any other athlete. If you are interested in sports, you need this!
