Like the other reviewer, I cut out the adhesive at the hinge to keep it from rubbing off. He didn't have great instructions so of course I screwed it up. I have a Samsung Note 10 and place it under the "Samsung" logo. Well, it makes the placement a bit one-sided. That means when I attach it to the air vent in the car, it's now crooked and won't stay on. The rubber at the vent attachment point is very poor and comes off like dried glue from a hand. I'd rather pay $30 for it if they invested in better quality. They might be onto something if they spent a little more $$
