Well, I looked at Carter's blazing review, checked out a few others, read reviews online, saw Revain reviews and still pulled the trigger. I made the best decision with the information provided to me. I assumed at least someone had tested the audio relay and the reason I hadn't heard back was that it was working fine. Miraculously, I don't get any music from my computer, but snippets of songs with fireworks as they crackle and break. It's totally unbearable. I can't even believe it came from the factory. Come to think of it, I've waited anxiously for four days to get it, only to be genuinely let down by its most iconic and unique feature. What a shame as they sound amazing, connect seamlessly to my phone and are as convenient as anything else. Such a damn shame.
