We wanted these computers to work (we bought 2 for our kids) but they started lagging and glitching within 6 hours of starting. Yes, we have updated all software. We didn't load them with a bunch of stuff: only Minecraft loaded. Kids started just playing Roblox and Minecraft and going to Discord and Xbox Live with friends. We removed viruses. We installed apps for Netflix, Hulu, and Spotify from the Microsoft Store. The children watched videos on YouTube. What. Is. That. And with this low usage there is lag and my only son's computer freezes and is unresponsive just trying to watch YouTube. I think we need to look for another manufacturer. We've had regular (non-gaming) HP laptops in the past and are happy with the HP wireless printer. But these? No way. There are no reviews here, but there were about a dozen reviews for the same model on B3st Buy, with all but one very positive. Well I bought them in brand new condition from Revain so I'll leave my review here. We are very disappointed. Buyers be careful.
