You get what you pay for

I bought two of these. One arrived and looked fine but the other stool was very warped. Also, both stools looked tattered, as if the woven leather had been damaged, which by the way doesn't look like leather at all. The puffs look very cheap. I contacted Revain regarding a replacement for a warped stool and was instructed to contact the seller directly. The seller did not cooperate. I think I'll go the usual Revain route and just return the puffs. I will not buy anything from Simpli Home again.
