I can put the key fob in a box with the lid closed and stand by the truck door and the truck won't recognize it. Doors do not open automatically. As soon as I open the lid, I can unlock the doors. If you sit in the driver's seat with the key fob in the box and the lid closed, it will not be recognized and the car will not start. Open the lid again and it will start immediately. Very efficient Faraday box. Seems to be of high quality and looks good too. Highly recommended.
