I purchased three of these remotes for my Nvidia Shield they work perfectly. All you need to do put in the doggle and restart . I noticed that some people said it wouldn't work with the keyboard but I found a solution for that. Go to the Play Store download Android keyboard then go to settings look for device performances then keyboard then current keyboard and select it then go to manage keyboards and select it there also. Then you can use the remote cursor to type! This remote works with every app I've tried the only one so far it doesn't work with is Hulu live TV eventually when they find this problem and update their app it also should eventually work with third-party remotes.
