I am currently working from home and playing on the internet. Invested in a decent microphone and USB casting. which essentially replaces my sound card. Let's review web conferencing best practices. Rule #1 - PLEASE USE EARPHONES, as the microphone picks up the sound and causes feedback, this is very annoying. But we can't all wear headphones all day. there is fatigue. This led to a situation where I had to unplug and plug in my headphones instead of speakers during the day. which I think will wear out the audio output of my USB device. Enter Teddy Bear! With a push of a button, I can select either the headset or speakers, or just press both at the same time (it works, but a feature I never use). No more fumbling to disconnect and reconnect something! Works exactly for what I need and leaves me with some good upgrade options in the future! Yes, this is a niche topic. but I'm glad this solution exists as it solves this problem perfectly!
