GREAT for acrylics and gels! Especially if you are a beginner. Besides preparing the natural nail surface, the liquid to powder ratio is the most important part of acrylic nail application. Then it's your bead/bead/bead and then the shaping. Using one practice finger instead of five makes learning these things a lot easier and a lot less stressful. Plus the main reason I use them in practice? I don't waste a ton of product! I recommend this training finger 10/10. I just hold it like a customer's finger and then put it in with rings etc for a photo.
