Outlets too close together

The overall design of this unit is acceptable. There are two issues: [1] the clamping action in the center of the device worries you when trying to plug something into an external outlet as the device can rotate, and [2] the sockets are too close together. When I plug one of my converters into a port, it's almost impossible for me to use the nearby outlet to plug in something else. I'll come back and get something safer, maybe with two clamps and better positioned outlets.
