Just received and installed on my work phone after a one day delivery delay. There is a "free gift" in the box which was nice as it allows me to go off hook/on hook. That's a bonus star. The device itself will be small for people with big heads like me or hair holding it upside down. The mic isn't the best length and doesn't have a lot of flexibility. The cable is a decent length and a quick release buckle is helpful. It also has a clip to attach it to a shirt. Too many complaints on the other end of the phone that they can't hear me and I had to go back.
