Has worked great for a year
This has been a great DVD burner for a year. After 1 year a welcome message appeared and never disappeared. Even after I unplugged it for a few days, it still wouldn't turn off after I plugged it back in. No buttons worked, not even the power button worked. I called Sony and they said it needed to be repaired and sent to a service center thousands of miles away. With my money, of course. The funny thing is that this device died just a few months after the warranty expired. This is junk. Don't buy this.
