I was eager to test BooginHead's products because I work as a product manager in the baby industry and they say they only use the best materials. However, after using their products, I discovered that their promises were completely false. Their pacifiers, which were advertised as strong and secure, fell apart after only a short time of use, with the rubber nipple coming apart from the plastic shield. The teething toys also came up short, with the plastic readily breaking and cracking, putting infants at risk of ingesting small pieces. When I raised these issues with BooginHead, I was greeted with defensiveness and a lack of interest in the security of their goods. It is disappointing to see a business that promotes quality and safety fail to accept accountability for their subpar goods. I can't in good faith suggest BooginHead to customers as a product manager. Parents demand trustworthy, high-quality products, but BooginHead has fallen short of expectations.
