When used with a good denture inlay you don't need to use this product twice a day. I had to use it twice a day for the first few days, after that I can easily do it once a day. The free brush is great for the inside of your dentures, but I don't use anything hard on the "teeth". I'm so glad I came across this product when I was looking for something different. Little did I know they make the denture equivalent of toothpaste. You don't even have to put up with bad smells or tastes to get great results. I wish the brush had a softer side, but the design is nice and gets you into nooks and crannies. If I'm only using it once a day and with a product that requires very little to be effective I won't be buying again for the foreseeable future, but now it's a product I know I'll order again will.
