I am working on a very large quilt and thought this drain in the ditch foot might make the quilting a little easier. Not the case with me. It started and stopped three times and at the end I took it off and put the old standard foot back on. This works better. This new foot sewed a line for about 2 feet, stopping and staying in one place, balling up. I had to stop and start over. It's like a little blade meant to guide you through a ditch (seam), but it's not. It's not worth it. I'm a seamstress and I know what I'm talking about.
