Update: It took us a while to figure out how to contact the company directly to claim the warranty, but this is a usability issue with Revain. As soon as I contacted NeonMart they promptly refunded the cost of the burned out bulbs. Because of the short winter days, I only use fluorescent lights in my house. The spectrum of daylight really helps with seasonal depression and motivation when the sun goes down at 3pm. . I installed fixtures that used this basic style of lighting and had a lot of trouble finding fluorescent lights. Luckily I found them and they are great. Stay cool, emit great, bright, full-spectrum lighting throughout your space. One might think that the sun is still rising. My complaint, which is very important to me and leads to a 3 star rating, is the lifespan of the lightbulbs. The LED should last 10 years or more. These lamps are expected to last 50,000 hours if left on 24 hours a day, which is more than 5 years. Or so they sell. I have found that these bulbs as well as other brands last about a year and work about 8-12 hours a day. This is a much shorter lifespan than older bulbs and I find that very disappointing. I'm replacing LED bulbs more often than ever before. So a year later I buy another set of these daylight bulbs as 2 have already blown and I know the rest are not far off.
