- I always set it with a quarter inch of warm water for even heat distribution, so far my testing shows this unit is a joke: - 8 pots, 108F; after 2 hours the water temperature is 105F and yogurt is 102F - 4 pots, 115F; After 2 hours the temperature of the water is 120F and the yogurt is 119F. it quickly drops to 118F since I opened the lid. but you understand After 3 hours the temperature rose to 126F. I'm pretty sure the bacteria didn't like that temperature. The temperature control is good, but it needs to be developed by real engineers. I bet I can build an Arduino setup that works better than this Chinese junk.
