Easy to put together even with the janky wrenches that came with the box. Took less than an hour for both - would be even faster with a socket wrench to tighten the nyloc nuts. I'm short-5'3" - I have it on the lowest setting possible. On its own - I wouldn't trust it with anything super heavy, but pretty sturdy with 25# plates weighing them down. They are pretty light and easy to move around which I need bc I need to take them out and put them away with each workout. I had the Rogue indie stands before which you really should pay the $$ to buy if you don't have to move them around much - but they were too heavy and bulky for my needs. Fantastic for the price.
